What PROPS do you need ?
PerkImBa can transport and rent all instruments.
With a bit of time and a desire for creativity… you can make your own drums, pet-sticks and everything else we use from recycled material: PVC, bottle tops, brush handles…in an additional workshop we'll show you how to make everything.
And of course everything you make will be yours to take away.
What FORMATS are offered ?
Firstly intensive training with the participants.
Minimum 3 workshops with PerkImBa Cia. in small groups
A final rehearsal with EVERYONE where the performance will take place.
And then... THE PERFORMANCE !
WHERE ?
A school courtyard, town center, in the street to celebrate a particular event….
PerkImBa can adapt to any space, what is important is that it is somewhere to interact and the public is nearby.
We build the stage with our colorful drums.

Amb quin material ?
Es pot llogar i transportar els instruments de PerkImBa.
Si hi ha temps i ganes de crear… es poden construir tambors, pet-sticks i tot el que utilitzem amb material reciclat: PVC, taps d’ampolla, pals d’escombra… amb un Taller complementari per ensenyar i dirigir la construcció.
L’avantatge de construir és que el material quedarà per a vosaltres!
Quin és el format possible ?
Una formació continuada amb els participants.
Mínim 3 Tallers amb membres de PerkImBa Cia i en grups reduïts.
Un assaig general amb TOTHOM a l’espai on es realitzarà.

What subjects are integrated in the project?
Arts and crafts teachers
Can oversee the creation of the instruments, sound material and decoration.
Music teachers
Work with rhythm and musical improvisation
Physical education teachers
Are involved in the creative movement, physical dexterity, motricity and coordination.
Social studies teachers
Can encourage collective participation and explore the importance in different cultures of rhythm and ritual celebration.
Civics teachers
Can work with recycling and environmental consciousness through the creation of the musical instruments.
Maths teachers
Can work with geometric forms and their use in space, with musical structures and different rhythmic signatures.
And the other teachers…
What PROPS are used ?
We create drums with recycled PVC tubes, PerkImBa's
URBAN DRUMS , used drum heads, cord and colorful paint.
Pet-sticks (wooden poles with recycled lids). They are easy to make and transport, they sound great and allow us to move any way we like.
They also make great visual props!
And of course everything you make will be yours to keep.
